We've now got Shorts Media's returns and refunds policy in place.

This should be straightforward because we've already made the important decisions.

Here's what I'd suggest putting into Shopify.

UK Delivery

Shorts Media currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We charge a flat rate of £3.99 per order for standard UK delivery, regardless of the number of books purchased.

Processing and Dispatch

We're a small independent business, and orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Delivery Times

We generally use Royal Mail to deliver our orders.

Standard delivery is estimated to take 3–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees.

Packaging

We take care to package your books securely so they arrive in good condition. Wherever practical, we reuse or recycle packaging materials.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.

If an order is lost or damaged during delivery, we'll work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your consumer rights.

International Delivery

We don't currently offer international shipping, but we hope to introduce this in the future.
